ingrédients
1/4 cup of Parmesan
100 grams of Italian breadcrumbs
a tablespoon of canola oil
a dash of black pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon of powdered garlic
Preparation:
Turn the oven on high heat (350°F). Use foil or parchment paper to line a baking sheet; it will make cleaning a breeze.
In a small basin, mix together the Parmesan cheese, panko crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
After removing any extra moisture from the pork chops using a paper towel, coat them equally with olive oil and sprinkle it on both sides.
Coat each pork chop with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture by dipping it in the mixture and pressing down firmly.
Arrange the breaded pork chops on the baking sheet that has been preheated to 450°F (63°C). Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature becomes that high.
You have the option to broil the pork chops for a couple of extra minutes if you want a crunchier exterior.
Remove the pork chops from the oven after they are done cooking and set them aside to rest for 5 minutes before you serve them.
Plate the Parmesan Baked Pork Chops and serve them hot, with whatever sides you choose. Savor!
